BYE TO HEART ATTACK

           GOODBYE HEART ATTACKS
GOODBYE HEART ATTACKS.
Now surprisingly this is one of my favourite  foods; it's packed with palmoil(vit A) which we science  people  call retinal, it contains onions, vegetables and can be eaten with K-pop fish or meat even snails.  And my Uni (unique uniport)  has it in Pretoria, every juncture you go to you'll find it there,at every corner theres a lady with a colourful  basin of aback hawking and smiling  beckoning  for you to come and buy.

I guess this is the reason why UNIPORT students are always agile(because of their health hearts)  despite  our everyday hustle and bustle.  Added to that scientific studies have shown that it prevent s obesity, microbial infections like staphylococcus  aureus(if prepared in hygienic  conditions),and even colon cancer. Abacus was originally created to be eaten as an "in-between" meal or dish but many eat it as a main course.

The wonder working ingredients  of aback include :
1.Pentaclethra macrophylla(ugba)
2.palm oil.
3.Ricinus communis (ogiri)
4.utazi .
They are mixed thoroughly with shredded cassava for carbohydrate. African salad is a nutritious food fit for all ages but great care has to be taken during its preparation because it is easily contaminated with bacteria (bacillus so, E coli, Serracia  etc)  and fungi (saccharomyces, mucur, penicillium etc).
